Legal Search & Management, Inc. (LS&M) is a recruiting agency dedicated to finding well-trained and high-quality legal assistants for law firms, corporate legal departments, and companies who utilize the talents of legal assistants in alternative positions.

Linda S. Jevahirian founded the company in 1988. She pioneered the first agency to specialize in paralegal placement in southeast Michigan.

Prior to opening her doors at LS&M, Linda worked as a litigation legal assistant for two Oakland County law firms. She also operated a freelance legal assistant business, which was later combined with recruiting to form the current company.
